BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation Notice Period:

    • Standard: A 24 hour or more, notice is required in order to avoid any booking fees.

    • Group Booking: A 72 hour or more, notice is required for group sessions. 

  • Cancellation Fees:

    • Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): 50% of the appointment fee.

    • Late cancellation (less than 72 hours for a group session): 75% of the total booking fee (group booking).

    • No-show or same-day cancellation: 100% of the appointment fee is charged.

  • Rescheduling Policy:

    • Clients may reschedule without a fee if they provide the required notice (24 or 72 hours, depending on the appointment type). 

  • Special Circumstances:

    • I may be willing to waive late cancellation fees for medical emergenciesfamily emergencies, or unforeseen events, though documentation may be requested by me, and may also depend on the clients’ history of cancellation.

  • Payment & Enforcement:

    • Many businesses collect a credit card on file to charge fees automatically.

    • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in being blocked from future bookings or required prepayment. 

  • Communication & Transparency:

    • Policies should be clearly communicated during booking, in confirmation emails, and posted on websites.

    • Client acknowledgment (e.g., via online booking) is recommended to ensure understanding.

This policy is intended to ensure fairness, value, mutual respect, and also to protect and help maintain efficient scheduling and honor the energy exchange of all parties involved.
